Grammar designers all have proven experience, which is brought to life by tangible outcomes and examples. Their work is also informed by solid design fundamentals and a deep understanding of the design process.
Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of design experience producing tangible work

An innate ability to understand and frame design challenges and opportunities

A proven track record collaborating within small teams to create work

The ability to empathize with an audience, user, or client

Evidence of systematic design thinking over the course of a project

Project and time management experience, across a range of projects
- A Bachelors or other applicable advanced degree
